Order Processing Time

 

All of our items are handcrafted and 3D printed in Michigan. Because many products are made to order, please allow 1–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may increase during holidays or periods of high order volume.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 


 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and begin once your order has been shipped. Estimated delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

 


 

Shipping Carriers

 

We primarily ship orders using USPS and UPS, depending on package size, weight, and destination. Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure reliable delivery.

 


 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.

 


 

Shipping Delays

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other events beyond our control.


Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery timing lies with the carrier.

 


 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

 

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

 


 

Lost or Damaged Packages

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.


If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly first. If you need additional assistance, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.

 


 

International Shipping

 

At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer if international shipping is enabled in the future.
