Because some of our products are manufactured using 3D printing and similar production processes, minor variations in color, texture, layer lines, or surface finish may occur. These variations are inherent to the manufacturing process and are considered a normal characteristic of the product.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product or service purchased by you will meet your subjective expectations or exactly match images shown online.
All product descriptions and availability are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities offered on a case-by-case basis.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our products are intended for decorative use only. Products are not toys and are not intended for children unless clearly labeled as such.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. RedFive reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. An order is not accepted until RedFive confirms acceptance and payment has been successfully processed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellations or changes once an order has been accepted. If we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available.” We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, third-party tools or services.

RedFive is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with RedFive Labs, LLC. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and RedFive. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all related claims.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information collected is subject to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge and consent to such collection and processing.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You consent to jurisdiction in Michigan courts.
